All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our floral arrangements and the curated nature of our boutique clothing and accessories, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damages: If an item arrives damaged, please email info@au-ciel.com within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage.
